Clovis Community College Emergency Alert System

The purpose of this Emergency Alert System (EAS) is to notify students, faculty and staff as quickly as possible in the event of a critical incident on campus. This system will only be used for emergency notifications. Notifications can be sent to your cell phones and two email accounts.

Emergency Alert notifications will be sent in the event of a critical incident occurring on campus, which will require students, faculty and staff to take immediate action.Registration and Grade Announcements
Notifications will be sent when the registration period begins and when grades are available for viewing on-line.
School Closings
School closings and delay notifications will be sent for weather-related closings and school opening delays related to the college. By opting in to receive these text messages, you can be informed of such closings or delays.System Tests
Periodically alerts will be sent to test the system. If you would like to receive these test alerts, then select this alert category.
